ਨਿਤਨੇਮ
Nitnem is the daily prayer of the Sikhs. The morning banis are Japji Sahib, Jaap Sahib, Tav Prasad Savaiye, Chaupai Sahib and Anand Sahib. Rehras Sahib is read in the evening and Kirtan Sohila before sleep.
